Excellent service experience from placing order to delivery
Simple ordering procedure, excellent follow up. Good notification of delivery day and the courier giving an accurate time slot. Altogether an easy purchase and I wish more companies could use Geyser as a role model

Let down by delivery arrangements
HiSpek & Electric Shop one and the same with different prices and delivery arrangements. Phoned both on a Monday & HiSpek said item was in stock and could be delivered to the postcode on Wednesday. On Wednesday was phoned to arrange delivery on Friday! The man said he was in the delivery department and didn't know anything about a Wednesday delivery, didn't have the correct phone no. for delivery destination (it was on the order). When phoning Customer Services was told he was actually in Sales! Customer Services guaranteed to look into the mix up and contact me - needless to say did not! I will not be using either shop again as all the confusion was completely unnecessary and incorrect information given.
