DONT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING WITH THIS RUBBISH COMPANY. We received a set of drawers ordered with Very. When received there was a crucial part missing. We telephoned and they said the missing part would be despatched within 7 - 10 days. After 3 weeks we contacted them again and they said we would have to re order the item and then when we received it to open it remove the part we need and return it. This is contrary to what we had been told 3 weeks ago. If we reordered we would be charged another delivery charge !!! We have now looked to reorder and the item is now out of stock even though they have just told us to reorder. They refuse to give any explanation as to why we were told a replacement part would be sent out and there was obviously no intention of doing this. AT NO POINT HAVE WE RECEIVED ANY KIND OF APOLOGY FOR THE HASSLE CAUSED BY ALL THIS. In addition this was the second set of the same drawers we ordered and now they are out of stock we cannot get anymore to match. Take our advice and go elsewhere for your items.
