I needed some whey protein to supplement my clean cutting diet, and needed it in time for a 'lean mean competition' that I had entered.
A week later that the quoted 'expected delivery', Yodel claimed to have delivered the parcel, my tub of True Whey, to my college porters. This was, however, a false delivery and the porters at my university never received such a parcel.
After emails were sent to Yodel and myprotein.com, I was called by myprotein.com several days later and asked to be given a refund or be sent a replacement. I opted for the replacement and it arrived 2 days later.
As excited as I was to finally receive my overdue but well anticipated parcel I was then disappointed to find that the protein had been given to me in a pouch, not a tub.
Although very late, and not in the correct packaging form, I am pleased with the taste of the velvet vanilla true whey and will buy it in the future due to the extremely good value (I am a student). My advice to any buyers is to by myprotein supplements well in advance.
