My experience of Very.co.uk was absoultely awful!!!! I used a £25 discount code to open an account and buy two items. When processing, the site did not accept the code. I called the next morning and they said it would be applied to the next bill. A package arrived a couple of days later with a totally random dress in it. I then had to call them to explain and make sure the other item was on its way and troop to the post office to send back random item. The first bill I received said I had missed a payment so applied a late payment charge, charged interest and the bill had charged me twice for one item, once for another, twice for delivery and the discount code was not applied. The bill should've been £52 and the bill that came was for £112. When I called I spoke to the rudest woman I have ever spoken to. In the end I was on the phone so long I thought it was cheaper to settle at a renegotiated £60.88 than to battle on with this imbecilic company. I would love to know how to complain to them but unsurprisingly there is no complaints procedure readily available. I shall do some more digging!!
