I placed an order for a pair of single lens glasses on the 29th November 2011. I reported the glasses missing in the post on the 31st December 2011. Today (16th February) I received a shipping notice to advise that the replacement pair had been despatched today.
So, a full 79 days later, I have not received my glasses.
When I contacted the customer care team I was told that Chinese New Year had delayed preparation of my spectacles.
