Do not use this company

I placed an order for a pair of single lens glasses on the 29th November 2011. I reported the glasses missing in the post on the 31st December 2011. Today (16th February) I received a shipping notice to advise that the replacement pair had been despatched today.

So, a full 79 days later, I have not received my glasses.

When I contacted the customer care team I was told that Chinese New Year had delayed preparation of my spectacles.

Ron, thanks for your feedback. Just to be clear, your order was dispatched on the 8th December but it's unfortunate that your item went missing in the postal system, this is rare for this to happen. There was a delay with the dispatch of items from Hong Kong but this backlog has now been cleared.
