Rubish - a con

I ordered 2 items over a week ago, tried to call to find out were my items are but you get an automated service which states that the lines are closed and to call back during their opening hours I call 4 times within these hours and always got this message. I emailed them and got no reply other and a 'Your oppinion matters' email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!

I hope that your issue was resolved in the end. We (Suffolk Group) have just taken NetPetShop over and will be relaunching the website shortly. I would be happy to offer you a discount off your first purchase with us and would appreciate it if you would amend your review in light of the situation, although I understand if you are not prepared to do this.
