Placed an order January 29th, despite email queries firstly stating order dispatched, then claiming order lost by Royal Mail, I am still awaiting order dispatch.
The company are not responding to further emails and last one stated ticket status closed priority medium.
Worst internet company I have dealt with

I hope that your issue was resolved in the end. We (Suffolk Group) have just taken NetPetShop over and will be relaunching the website shortly. I would be happy to offer you a discount off your first purchase with us and would appreciate it if you would amend your review in light of the situation, although I understand if you are not prepared to do this.
