Terrible delivery service

I Bought two 5kg bags of protein so qualified for next day delivery (spend over £100). I read all the bad delivery reviews on their site before ordering, so I rang them to see if there was a problem. I was quite specific that I needed the protein the next day. The guy I spoke to said "no problem it would be there". I said "are you sure because there are a lot of bad delivery reports on your site". He said "I wasn't aware of that" Guess what...three days later I'm still waiting!!
