Ordered a PANASONIC - Viera TX-P46ST30B Full HD 46" Plasma 3D TV for the ridiculously low price of £550 had previously ordered the 42 " from John Lewis who just cancelled it without contacting me in any way shape or form even though i confirmed it with my bank as i have recently moved and when i contacted them they told me it was a security check issue which Dixon also had but they phoned me confirmed i was who i was meant to be and still delivered at the promise time and date which was the next day - polite efficient and excellent customer service - even the delivery driver was fantastic unpacked it before i signed as plasmas don't travel well can't praise them enough - ridiculously low prices coupled with excellent customer service
PURCHASED A TV ON LATE TUESDAY THEN HAD NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL REGARDING DELIVERY. I CONTACTED THEM ON THE FRIDAY AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NO STOCK. THEN ON THE SATURDAY HAD TO PROMPT BY EMAIL FOR A REFUND. NOW MONDAY AND STILL AWAITING MONEY TO GO BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT SO BY TOMORROW 7 DAYS NO MONEY NO TV VERY UNHAPPY.
just spoken to a customer service adviser after getting a email who has told me they cancelled my order without speaking to me but have taken cleared funds for the total amount from my bank account, but tell me the security checks weren't sufficient even though i spoke to my bank on Sunday to prevent any security issues and they already have my cash. just checked no stock available there's a surprise and it can take a week or two for the money to come back,
buyer beware they can't be trusted.
Bought a 42" Panasonic 3d TV dead on arrival no reply to email or telephone 4 days now - drama continues - 2nd TV delivered after involving visa- TNT managed to destroy the TV in transit - Now gone to no communication back from them and have a TV in my lounge 20 days later and no sign off collection , the only bonus is we can dispose of the item after 21 days as TV Doa and spoke to them the day it arrived with TNT in my lounge to arrange for them to collect it.
