Good service poor packaging

I ordered a numbe of items which were delivered in a large box.. The items covered the bottom of the box and then there were two strips of packaging material that in total probably came no more than 1/4 way up the inside of the box leaving 3/4 of the box free for stuff to bump around in. Not surprisingly, the box arrived slighly open where the force of the items bouncing around had broken the single layer of tape used to seal the box. Fortunately everything was present. Items were fine and delivey time good - just a shame about the packaging !
