Having ordered 50 roses I was disappointed that they were delivered by a courier. part of the pleasure of receiving flowers in the impact of the big bouquet and a dull black box delivered by a courier was not was wanted or expected. It may be that | missed the information on the teleflorist website but that doesn't stop me being disappointed and wishing I had gone somewhere else. I wont be using teleflorist again
What an awful company to deal with.
I recently placed an order for an Ipad 2 which was stock and my order was immediately confirmed. Three days later I contacted "Customer Care " (Irony!) to be told that Pixmania had cancelled the order. I wonder if they were ever going to contact me! However i note that they are still selling Ipads but now at a higher price
We exchanged a few emails with barely an apology and without a willingness to honour an order/ contract they had accepted.
