Never had problems and some of their things are much cheaper than anywhere else. Always delivered promptly.

Thumbs up for good old JL
Great customer service, great shopping experience both in store and online. The knowledgeable staff go that extra mile and it shows. Both John Lewis and Waitrose obviously have fantastic staff training programmes.

Never had a Problem
Always prompt delivery unless out of stock, things arrive well packaged and they don't get shirty about refunds. I didn't give them five stars because I've heard bad things about the way they treat their workers - (don't know how true that is though). I've used them again and again and will continue to do so.
Argos
Cheap and Cheerful!
They don't often have what you want in stock but come on, we love Argos because most of their stuff is cheap and cheerful. Some of their staff could do with cheering up a bit too. Weren't you always fascinated by the conveyor belt as a kid?!
Cashbee
Shameful!
Zero stars for Cashbee. My partner is still waiting for his payment of £128 for his DVDs. They've not responded to any emails, we've heard nothing. If we do not hear from them by the end of the week we will be reporting the company to trading standards. I've read so many bad reviews, don't use them, we never will again. Spread the word, these companies should not be allowed to get away with it. Please, please fill out an online fraud complaint form about them and maybe we can stop them from trading/scamming.

Fair, fast, friendly.
I couldn't believe how soon I received my payment, everything was done quickly and efficiently. I would defiantly use Mazuma Mobile again in the future.
