I would strongly advise people to avoid using this utterly incompetent company. I placed an order and requested delivery to a local collection point. On receiving 2 seperate e-mails confirming delivery i drove to the collection point to be advised that the item was not there. Very.co.uk advised me that they had processed it as a return in error and that i could re order it. No offer of compensation for my wasted journey or offer to make amends by reissuing my order and resending it. I complained and was advised that the item was now no longer avaliable. Despite my complaint, the apology i received was generic and totally unsatisfactory. An utterly ridiculous way to run a company.
