Have had no problems with the goods or purchase process from this company and previous purchases have arrived safely. Although the free delivery is understandably not speedy! On this occasion the courier Yodel left the parcel with a neighbours delivery and didn't leave me a card to tell me where it was which leads me to suspect they didn't even realise there were 2 different addresses involved. Said neighbour is unwell and didn't realise until the day after that one of the parcels was mine and had to hobble over with it. Meanwhile I had checked the tracking and sent off emails to Yodel and PS asking where it was. Obviously not Petsupermarkets fault but a follow up to Yodel is in order.
I have owned timeshare for nearly 15 years and have had great holidays in excellent accommodation. I would recommend ownership and exchange with RCI to anyone. Once you've had a timeshare holiday its very difficult to accept normal package accommodation and it can even work out more expensive even with the costs of exchange and maintenance which like everything else have risen over the years. For visiting the States its invaluable. I mainly use RCI's online system but have also used the telephone contact service. Advisors are friendly and helpful. The online service can be a little slow at times due to the content but great for surfing new places.
this was a flight to Tenerife. Got a good price and booking was easy. No problems checking in, seats were fine. They look as if they won't be comfortable but they are! Took the meal deal as at the time this strangely worked out a little cheaper, for a low cost airline they were very good. Staff were courteous and efficient. All in all a good experience.
