After a bad experience with another online pet store I was relieved and delighted to find everything I wanted in stock and to have it delivered in super-fast time and free of charge.
My experience matches most of those below: order placed, money taken, goods not delivered, completely uncontactable. Have contacted PayPal in the hope of getting my money back, but who will recompense me (and the dog) for all this time and hassle?
If they are in trouble, they should say so!
