Fantastic! Sensible Customer service and easy to deal with when things go wrong!

I would recommend bathroom2u.com because when I realised I had ordered the wrong item they rectified the problem immediately and returned that portion of my payment to my account within 3 to 4 days without any hassle as so many of these on-line companies can be. When I found surface scratches on one of the items they replaced it without any problems. Also, they were great about accommodating my delivery windows. The only downside is their website which can be a bit temperamental tho, honestly, it's worth that strife as they 100% make up for it in every other area especially their customer focused communication. If you do have any problems with the site I recommend writing down the codes of the items you wish to purchase and calling them. :)
