Products not delivered and unable to contact. DO NOT USE

Like others I have ordered some products on the 7th February. Money has been taken out of my account, there is no confirmation that the products ordered have been sent and they have not been delivered. I am also unable to contact the company by phone and no one has responded to my emails. waste of my time making the order and now i have to try and get my money back.

I hope that your issue was resolved in the end. We (Suffolk Group) have just taken NetPetShop over and will be relaunching the website shortly. I would be happy to offer you a discount off your first purchase with us and would appreciate it if you would amend your review in light of the situation, although I understand if you are not prepared to do this.
