Expensive. By the time eBay take their cut, PayPal take their cut you've lost a massive chunk out of the end price.
Also, some categories have fixed postage prices which doesnt actually cover the cost it is to post the item.


Used a few times...

I have been a member on and off a couple of times. It is always frustrating to not receive the movies you want to watch, when you want to watch them. Also Boxsets get sent out of order which is pointless.


Brilliant website

I use IMDB probably 5-10 times a day.
It is a fantastic site that is quick and easy to navigate.



Love this company and believe in them.
Wish they provided cloud storage for consumers and increased email/docs space like SkyDrive



I've ordered from the Heckmondwike store several times. The pizzas are soggy and feel like they have been 'toasted' instead of oven cooked.
Also the ingredients taste too artificial. Same for Pizza Hut.
Pizza Express seem good, but they dont deliver.

Love them

Always reliable with orders. If things go wrong, they fix the issue straight away. For example, I ordered a digital camera a few years back. It was sent unrecorded and it never arrived.

I called them and they sent a replacement out, upgraded the postage and it arrived next day.

I use them all the time and cannot fault them as a company. In fact, I am a fan of them.


OK until you have a faulty item

I bought a 2TB Buffalo USB3 external hard drive 18 months ago from eBuyer. Whilst the initial experience was good, when things went wrong my response was not so.

The drive comes with a 24 month warranty, and I got a Product Return Form from Buffalo as per the request from eBuyer. Initially, they said that I would have to send the drive to Holland at my expense to get it replaced. This would cost me £25 and wouldnt be traceable or insured. eBuyer then said if Buffalo gave me a Product Return Form, then they would replace the drive.
Great news!

So I got the form, eBuyer picked up the drive.

This morning, I was told that they would not replace it as the drive is more expensive now (by £9.41!) and they would give me a partial refund.

A partial refund? On a faulty drive within the warranty period? Support won't respond to my emails, so I signed up on Twitter and sent Armando Sanchez a message. I have also called his number too.
