I placed my order Jan. 28, and was advised a week later that the item -- a new one for their line of products -- could take 2-3 weeks to ship.
Well, here we are, a full month later -- no mailbox, and no further communication, either. I am canceling my order now, guys. In future, please DON'T state "in stock -- ships in 2-3 days" on your website if it isn't true - !
