Disgusted!

Ordered TV 18 November. Arrived already opened and had a blown speaker. Collected for repair on 7 Jan. Deemed irrepairable. It is 1st March and I am still waiting for credit. Have been told will take another 14 days. Have been charged arrears for non payment of final instalment and have been chased by their finance company. Calls are not returned and when you do finally speak to someone (especially electrical aftersales) they really couldn't care less. Will not use this company again.
