Excellent Quality and Customer Service!!!

I stumbled upon brilliance after shopping around at local jewelry stores. They have the best prices I have seen so far for GIA certified stones. I spoke to a diamond and jewelry expert who was very knowledgeable and meticulous so I decided to have Brilliance create my custom setting. I cannot stress how great their customer service is. I must have emailed and called over a dozen times and never felt like my ring wasn't top priority. Once I purchased the diamond I was told that I could preview it before being set. I quickly took the stone to a jeweler who told me I got an amazing deal! Thank you so much Brilliance for creating my dream engagement ring for so much less than designer and far better! And for helping me every step of the way. Brilliance has gone above and beyond and I will definitely buy matching diamond studs soon!
