Total customer dissatisfaction - Avoid at all costs.

i Purchased a Indesit CA55 Fridge Freezer at a good price from Appliances on line in Oct 2011, In Jan 2012 the fridge freezer defrosted and i lost all my food, they sent out an engineer from Hotpoint/Indesit who repaired it. He was obnoxious, rude and condescending.

The item was again faulty and again defrosted and again lost all my food, an engineers come out and because i had put the fridge freezer in the garage because it was defrosting in my house, they reported no fault and said it wasn't working because i was keeping it in the garage and it wouldn't work below the ambient temp, despite explaining why it was now in the integral garage and not in my utility. They also said i shouldn't keep it in the utility which is in the house and has a radiator!

The engineer interrogated my elderly parents (over 80 yrs old) who were present when the engineer arrived making them very insecure, they demanded to see where we kept the fridge and when they were shown they still reported that we keep the fridge in the garage and the item is faulty.

Needless to say they are a shocking company with shocking products, don't buy, don't trust them, they don't care, and they wont help you they just want to brush you off with lies.

Legal action to follow in conjunction with trading standards.

WATCH DOG - if you read this, please investigate this appalling company, they are ripping people off.

Purchased a Indesit CA55 Fridge Freezer at a good price from Appliances on line in Oct 2011, In Jan 2012 the fridge freezer defrosted and i lost all my food, they sent out an engineer from Hotpoint/Indesit who repaired it.

I knew i shouldn't have bought it at that price as it would probably be rubbish, and i shouldn't have bought off a internet company...i regret it now.

On 2nd March 2012 it defrosted again and i again lost all my food, so i called them and asked for a replacement and they refused, i said i would pay extra for a better appliance, but they refused, i asked for a refund, again they refused.

They said i have to wait until it breaks down 3 times before they replace, but they told my wife 2 times, then changed their mind to 3 times again.

They said that Indesit would have to repair it again. They don't comply with the sale of goods act, this is why you should not buy off these disgraceful traders, they disregard your statutory rights, and simply don't care, they fob you off with nonsense like they are reading from a script.

Forget about the cheap price, the fluffy sales staff who lure you in to a false sense of security, and the next day delivery, go with your instincts and go to Comet or Curry's, anyone but these liars yes you-ll pay a little more, but you get what you pay for!!

Avoid Appliances On Line like the plague. All is well until you need them! once they have your money you can kiss your rights and your money goodbye.

The least i could give them is one star, i didn't want to give them that, but thats for the next day delivery that they did actually do.

BE WARNED - THEY ARE A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.
