On two separate occasions I have now had to deal with customer service at Just Eat, as the restaurant I have ordered from has rejected the order, although Just Eat take the money!!
As it happens it was the same restaurant both occasions and I have been given to two different reasons why they aren't delivering. Yet I can order direct without restaurant and I get it delivered?
Both occasions I have struggled to get confirmation from Just Eat regarding repayment of my money, DONT use the Live chat, waste of time! Not aware of what is happening with your order, can't get a straight answer, not sure when you will get your money and really not inerested!
Shame, as when it works it is good!
Will have to wait now TEN DAYS for my money.
There are other sites like this, I will use a different one in future!
