Very easy to use site. A quality feel to shopping on-line, as in the store itself. Good value and nice items that you don't find everywhere else.

Amazon

There's nothing you can't get on Amazon

Excellent site. I can't think of a thing I haven't searched for that I haven't found for sale via Amazon. Easy to use site, very good set up for account management.

Paypal

I want to cancel my paypal account but can't

I only used this account a couple of times several years ago and would like anything to do with my name taken off now as I constantly get e-mails about suspect activity under my name and people using my account who aren't authorised and I have tried many times to actually speak to someone at Paypal but can't find a number to call. I've e-mailed them asking them to remove my very old account but haven't had a satisfactory response. They say there are no problems and not to worry but the e-mails about suspect activity still keep coming.

Only logged on to see some pictures someone had posted. Never completed my profile and have tried several times to get off but can't.
