I ordered a dress at around 1am on a Thursday and paid for next day delivery, by 8pm on Friday my dress hadn't arrived so I called mandm.
They were quick enough to answer the phone and they checked with the courier they use (interlink express) who had had my dress since 9:02am and not attempted delivery. The guy offered to refund my postage charge as I had not received the service I paid for and chase up the courier.
My dress arrived on Sunday (??) so I emailed mandm to let them know and ask how to go about the delivery refund, again they were quick to reply and I got an email back on the Monday morning apologising again that it had not turned up when expected and to expect a refund in my paypal account in the next few days.
The dress I ordered though was perfect and great value for money.
