Poor delivery and customer service

Ordered 2 sofas given a delivery date of 3 weeks not a problem,
keeping track of my order in my account, I notice arrived from manufacurer at beehive but no contact my e-mail and phone number are on account and I was assured I woul be contacted when they where ready for dispach, my delivery date was still the same on the web site.
Then 9 dyas after the order was made I come home from work to find a card through the door to say they tried to deliver but I wasnt home. No prior contact and the delivery date on my account still the same 3 week one.
Contact their customer services by e-mail to complain, The e-mail contained my name and the account number and was sent from the e-mail address registered to the account. yet still got e-mail back requesting my name account number DOB and e-mail address, as I am not about to sent that lot in unsecured e-mail will be writing to the company director instead.
