Good price and very quick delivery
I searched around (online) for some reasonably priced victorinox pen-knives and FFX came up amonst the best priced. Not for everything, but for the ones i was looking for.
Ordered on the saturday with an immediate email confirmation. 07.30 on monday i get the order processing email. 14.30 on monday i get the dispatch email. Goods arrive first thing wednesday. No issues and a very quick delivery.
I ordered from a few other companies at the same time, and FFX were the first to deliver (by some margin in one case..)
To be fair, the real test of a company is when things go wrong (and how they sort it out) rather and when everything goes right. But you can't knock them for just getting things right.
I'd certainly use them again (compare to certain online companies i could mention.....)
