Great items, a bit slow on the internet division

I really do love this company--they have fantastic items that one has to search very hard in the USA to find. The problem is they still dedicate ( in my opinion ) a lot of resources to their shop and very little to Internet shoppers. It always takes a while to know if and when they ship one's items. The items do come perfectly but there promotion codes targer store shoppers.
Well, honestly, I would love to live in England but I can't so please do not forget one's out of country clients
