I've only flown with them twice and the service from all the Virgin staff was first class but the legroom in economy is distinctly lacking and I'm only 5'6" so I don't have the world's longest legs!
Oh, and having our seats changed on from those we'd selected (on both flights) was a less than welcome surprise.
Probably the best track day company in the world.
They're not the cheapest on the market but their customer service is first class and they really do go the extra mile - they even helped me out once by taking a part off one of their cars (one they didn't have out on hire) to put on mine in order to get me back out on track.
They are also, without doubt, the friendliest bunch I've been on track with, particularly on the European days.
