Terrible - Cant even say it is a Service more an Inconvenience!

If possible do not use - if you can help it. This has happened now more than once - failed deliveries! And im hearing i am not the only one in my area. Paid for next day delivery and has not turned up! tracked it on the website as you do. It reports that the item has left the local depot in Kilmarnock (1hour 30mins approx drive away) and four days later still not here. I have also got items delivered from the same crowd at 8,9 even 11 o'clock at night in the past. On these occassions it was a man and a white van possibly a sub contractor but if yodel have had any sense they have stopped using this contractor.... Uh well back on the phone I go to see what story we are getting today! YODEL = YOur DELivery = RUBBISH!
