Having previously enjoyed good products and service from DAPW - the level of uncaring incompetence we've had to put up with in the past 6 weeks from DAPW, has never been surpassed!!
1) ordered memory foam mattress in 1st week Feb 2012.
2) it arrived and for 2 weeks we turned it daily - but it never expanded.
3) sent it back - (though their return courier takes 3 weeks to get products back to DAPW! ) You have to wait for products to return to warehouse to be 'checked' before they re-issue!!!
4) finally rec'd a replacement 2nd March. have waited for 7 days and it has NOT EXPANDED!
5) called to complain - they were too busy to take call, so took our number and said they would call back. They never did. Called again today (12 March) and was told a manager would call us back today - though they didn't - so I called again - was left on hold for 10 minutes (0845 expensive number!) and then told manager had gone home!!!
TOTAL JOKE - NO ONE THERE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
