Petflow was out of a particular cat food so they sent half of our order and sent me an email to notify me of the change in plans. I contacted Petflow so we could order a replacement cat food and the customer service representative, Trisha Worobec, responded right away-I was very impressed! Thank you for such courteous treatment!
