I purchased from smpartbuyglasses.com because I wanted to save some money on my next frames, so mission accomplished. That said, it took eight weeks and multiple e-mails and calls to their customer service before I received my frames (I ordered frames only, and I believe it would have taken longer if I had ordered with my prescription). I waited a month after I ordered before I attempted to contact customer service. I first wrote an e-mail through the link on their website to contact customer service - no response. I tried again, and again no response. Finally I called the 800 number and waited to speak with a person (took a while as you would expect). He explained that smartbuyglasses could not currently source my order and that I could either order a different frame or wait for their supplier - Gee-whiz, thanks! Why offer a product for sale if you can't supply it? Because I had already been to an actual eye doctor and tried on the same frames I had ordered online I knew they would fit, so I chose to wait. I will give two stars because I got them cheap, but I will never use this web site again and would not recommend it to a friend.

I am glad you finally received your new glasses.
We have many thousands of items in-stock at our warehouse, however the particular items you ordered were not in our stock-holding at the time of the order, so we had to place the order directly with our Italian suppliers.
We do strive to reply to emails within 24 hours however if you did not received an email there may be a possibility our response went to your spam folder (which happens from time to time). And since you couldn't reach us by phone you could have requested by email to call you back providing your phone number and hours of availability.
