Flew out to Paphos from Manchester twice between Mid December and February with my 93 yera old mother. Everything was fine except the assisted boarding at Manchester. We were left waiting upstairs from the Boarding Gate with no information and the telephone link was never answered. Once we made it down to the mobile lift up to the plane (not an easy route) there was a lot of waiting out in the cold. On 5th Feb flight we were kept waiting in the open out on the bridge from the lift to the aircraft in freezing cold whilst the remainder of the passengers boarded, either put assisted boarding on first or keep those needing assisted boarding inside until they can go straight into the plane. The Cyprus end is much better, last off and first on - much quicker for eveyone.
Flew back from Poitiers to Stansted yesterday, everything when exactly to plan. Stress free all the way and didn't cost the earth. Mind you I can't see the logic in only one passanger sitting forward of Row 5!
I have been dealing with Currency Solutions (CS) for some 3 years and I have always received a first rate service from the Paphos Office, this transaction was no different. Due to some confusing information on my Cypriot Bank's website I sought some clarification from CS.
