Placed an order 6 days ago, had to pay £4.95 for delivery as website cited my address as non-mainland UK even though it is and their competitors offer free next day delivery to my area, and I'm still waiting for my order. Have not even received dispatch confirmation. Emailed MyProtein to enquire about order status and complain about slow delivery, have heard nothing back. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be using them again in future.
Unlike some of their competitors who advertise artificially low prices but then add a ridiculous and unjustifiable delivery charge in order to covertly charge their customers more, Discount Supplements advertise fair and transparent pricing, with free delivery which is a big bonus. I've ordered from them a few times now and delivery is always quick. Would have no hesitation in using again.
