Late in the evening I placed an order for two freshwater tank tubes. Later on realising I had made a mistake I sent an email asking for these bulbs to be changed to two tropical tank tubes. The following morning, before I had a chance to ring and check on my instructions, an email had been sent to me confirming the change had been done. This was followed by another email, telling me the exact hour slot when my order would be delivered. Sure enough, this happened, I was very impressed.
