Customer service can be a bit iffy, and the advisors obviously work from a script. It's a bit tough if your problem is not on their list, but once working, the broadband is pretty good. Sometimes runs out of steam at busy times though.
I am about 2 miles out of the local exchange and get download (to the router) of about 8Mb/s and uploads of about 1Mb/s.
Add any time landline phone for around £25 / month inclusive (broadband, line rental & UK calls) and it wil do for me.
I have had several issues with this company. They will not re-direct except on an instruction from the supplier and there seems to be no way of contacting a local depot to arrange personal collection.
Royal Mail, UK Mail UPS are all more helpful.
