Best deal for telephone & broadband

Customer service can be a bit iffy, and the advisors obviously work from a script. It's a bit tough if your problem is not on their list, but once working, the broadband is pretty good. Sometimes runs out of steam at busy times though.
I am about 2 miles out of the local exchange and get download (to the router) of about 8Mb/s and uploads of about 1Mb/s.
Add any time landline phone for around £25 / month inclusive (broadband, line rental & UK calls) and it wil do for me.

Poor communications, no local depot for collections.

I have had several issues with this company. They will not re-direct except on an instruction from the supplier and there seems to be no way of contacting a local depot to arrange personal collection.

Royal Mail, UK Mail UPS are all more helpful.

Excellent all round.

The blind came in four days including weekend, it fitted, was easy to assemble and was all there.

Definitely recommended for vertical blinds.

Already recommended to a friend.
