I placed an order on 6th November 2013 for replacement filters. The money was taken from my account the next day and a e-mail told me the goods were out of stock but would be with me as soon as possible. The rest of my order was held back with the out of stock items. With Christmas and being busy I didn't chase up the order and every 2 weeks a mail would tell me they were on their way. One of my goldfish died as the tank was in such a bad state as the filters were not working well at all. I felt really bad and finally chased CA up with a mail. They got back to me saying that the filters were discontinued. I sent a very angry mail as it was by then over 3 months that the company had taken my money and not supplied anything. It then took another month for them to pay the money back. The delay also meant that I miscalculated my bank balance and went overdrawn which cost me £50. So the whole experience cost me dearly and I got the impression that I was in the wrong not them. I will never use them again and would recommend others to shop locally and not do online business with the company.
