Bewarr everybody. This company has taken payment from my account and the goods have not been delivered. It has been over two weeks since they took payment, and they haven't replied to emails or telephone call EVER. Have alerted American Express fraud department and they are following it up, and said that necessary compensation will be sought.

Just wish I had read some of the reviews on here before purchasing.

As stated on our website, the average processing time is 5 to 12 working days as we have to order directly from our Italian suppliers, unfortunately your order was slightly delayed due to the high popularity if the brand ordered.
We do strive to reply to emails within 24-48 hours however if you did not received an email there may be a possibility our response went to your spam folder (which happens from time to time). Even if the line is busy, you could also have requested to call you back via email, providing your phone number and preferred hours to be called.
