Ease of on-line ordering and price highly competative. Contact from MattressOnline re discontinued mattress protector ordered was solved with an upgrade at no extra charge. However I informed about the restricted access to the cottage with limit at a Luton van size vehicle. No one read the notes and on the morning of delivery as we were waiting, a phone call informed us that the van arranged was too big to come. Further communications from delivery company poor, leaving us to chase up via MattressOnline. Early morning call with phone number to contact, connected to a message which said office now closed. Delivery finally came next day, but plastic mattress cover very dirty and torn and new mattress had dirty patches.

I have phone and Broadband with Talk Talk. Since Tiscali was taken over by Talk Talk, more expensive poor products, bad service, non-existant customer service, impossible to contact anyone, slow slow slow connection via Broadband, keep selling me extra products that never materialise.

Stores understaffed. Empty shelves. Short dated produce. Response to customer feedback is very poor.

Staff on the tills are doing their best under poor management.
