I had such a great 24 hours of service with inmotion. I pressed two numbers on the 800 number and was immediately connected with Paul. He answered a few of my questions politely and quickly. Then, over the next day I worked with 3 different reps and via chat and they were all awesome. Jason A was patient and worked with me for well over an hour as I migrated my site to inmotion's servers. Tim E helped me to check on a few issues I found in my site. They both went above and beyond any customer help service I have ever received. As long as this remains the experience, they have me for the life of my film blog.
