We moved out of desperation after being totally off-line for a month with Dreamhost. We tried contacting them, but the only way to contact them was via e-mail. After no response for nearly a week, we threatened legal action because all our files were gone. They finally exported our databases and restored our files so we could get out of there fast. In the process of moving our content and importing our databases, InMotion Hosting has been amazingly helpful... cordial customer service that is knowledgeable AND there is an actual phone number to call to reach someone! Amazing experience so far...
