As someone who had the option of ordering this from BHS or yourselves, I expected the smaller company to be slightly slower, however the wait I have had on this item has been ridiculous.It it wasnt for the constant information updates and friendly attitude provided by Tom B we would have cancelled this in February. I spoke to other members of staff who promised call backs and got nothing,
The item itself is brilliant, very solid. Bit of friendly advice, when you have a customer who politely asks for advice on how to put together a wardrobe, a sarcastic "we dont get paid to do that" doesnt help matters at all and really puts a dampener on the arrival of new furniture.
