As Grohe are hopeless as a Company for customer support, indeed particularly customer unfriendly when their products fail in the same manner twice, their spares service were polite and efficient. If they had wanted to be really helpful they could have saved me a lot of money by indicating what small part of an assembly I needed. Instead they suggested I buy the whole assembly so, now that I see it, I have quite a lot of bits I did not need and have spent 3 times what I needed.to spend. However as a delivery agent, they wored very well.
