I faced some difficulties in making the payment; the web tool rejected my credit card payment. Consequently, local customer service rep manually prepared the invoice for me via PayPal. After the payment was made, I was expecting same day delivery but there was a delay of a couple of days. Finally, the actual shipment took a bit longer than I was hoping for.
I eventually returned the sunglasses since those were bigger than I was hoping. At the time I write this message the return process is ongoing so I do not know how long it takes to get the money back.
