The trainers I had ordered arrived 7 days from the initial transaction (delivery had been quoted 5-7 days) but other reviewers had mentioned how quick the delivery was (not in this instance). Also I had clicked to activate the £5 newsletter offer but nothing happened. I then proceeded to order the trainers and the following day the £5 online voucher arrived. Nowhere did it state that an initial order was required. I have used other online designer clothing retailers and their introductory offers were for first orders. Don't think I will use Brandosa again.

I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed with the delivery time, we know our customers want their order as soon as possible- we are working towards this. Regarding the £5 welcome voucher code once you signed up to the newsletter; the process is in part automated but also requires authorisation from customer services, so in some cases the voucher code doesn't reach your email box till the next working day. I've already asked customer services to arrange a £5 refund on your purchase. Should you wish to place another order with us in the future, the £5 voucher code you received is still valid.
In any case, we will start work on speeding this process up, and making it clearer to customers in the future.
