I have been an Amazon shopper and fan for a long, long time - probably 7-8 years now. I have always had a great experience - they offer the best prices and a lot of information about the products from other shoppers. Their web site is very user-friendly - popping up the most useful reviews to the top.
The orders are shipped very fast and packaged very nicely. Returns are easy and hassle-free. Customer service is great - very knowledgeable staff, polite and always available. You can contact them in no time - by email or phone.
I will remain a loyal customer because I get great service and value.
I ordered a pair of frames on Dec. 3, 2011 and paid for them right away. I waited patiently for over 3 months. I sent numerous emails, but all I got in response were polite emails informing me that my order was processed and would be shipped shortly. Tired of being stung on like this, I emailed a request for a refund about 3 weeks ago. There was no response, so I called. The rep. told me that it could take 5 business days for the refund to be processed. It has already been 8 business days and - no refund. I sent a repeat inquiry. And once again - I got a polite email response telling me that my refund will be processed in 5 days. The company has kept my money, not delivered the goods. I am really sorry I GAVE them my money! If you want to be swindled like I was - go for it. I wouldn't. There are plenty of honest, good companies offering the same products.
