Will NEVER order with BooHoo again.

I placed an order with this company for a dress I wanted to wear for my friends birthday. I wanted next day delivery so paid the extra, My dress didnt arrive next day. I was annoyed enough at that but thought I would still give benefit of the doubt and give it another day as it was friday and it wasnt until the saturday I wanted to wear the dress. Again, the dress didnt turn up! I was left dressless for my friends big birthday night out, as any girl knows, this is a disaster! When boohoo emailed me back they said that the courier company couldnt get into the address I gave, this is a complete lie! The address I gave was my place o work which is a busy hair salon in which someone would have been on the premises from 7.30am to 9pm. It is now tuesday and the dress has yet to be recieved. All I have asked from boohoo is I recieve a refund of the next day delievery as I didnt recieve it and I have had this problem before with Miss Selfridge, I didnt even need to ask miss selfrdige for a refund they just honoured it! Boohoo would not do this, Its disgusting costomer service and I will never order from them again and I advise anyone who does, to not use the next day delivery!!! This company does not even deserve 1 star!!!
