Great prices and fast service. Books are soooooo much cheaper than buying in NZ. Some of the wools are half the price of here. Delivery is often quicker than our domestic post. My only gripe - often when going to put yarn in my basket there is not enough available of the colour I want. This is frustrating as on occasion I have had to go to choice number 3
