First time with Auto Europe and the experience will bring me back.

The last time I rented a car in Europe was through the airlines and they used Hertz. I decided to go directly this time and chose Auto Europe for your rates and favorable customer feedback. Everything went well and your partner Guerin did a fine job and even gave me an upgrade at no extra cost. The car was clean and we had no problems with it. Check in was a little slow but I just think the process takes time and they were busy. There were no surprises at check- in which was contrary to a lot of others experience in renting overseas. Pick up and dropping off went smoothly. Guerin personnel were polite.
